ElizabethElizabeth Baik, Business Manager

As the Business Manager at See Well Eyecare, I am so excited to be serving the Cincinnati community in this new role as I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people every day. I have had the pleasure of being involved in the creation of See Well from the onset, helping my husband Dr. Baik get our practice up and running. With my business background, I am able to bring new insights to our processes of care to help make the patient experience the best it can be.

I am originally from the Cincinnati area and graduated from the University of Dayton with an accounting degree. I love spending time with my family, chasing around our one-year old daughter Hazel, and traveling to new places with my husband.‭

MarleyMarlee McMahan, Licensed Optician

Hello! My name is Marlee, and I’m the licensed optician here at See Well Eyecare. I’ve been working in the optical industry since 2022 and have been licensed since June 2024. I love being an optician because it allows me to find personalized solutions that suit both lifestyle needs and personal style. The field blends fashion and science in a unique way, and I enjoy the daily challenge of finding the perfect fit for your prescription and your most worn accessory! Outside of work, I enjoy reading, DIY projects, and spending time with my fiance and our two cats!‭

CarissaCaressa Yockey, Ophthalmic Technician

With over twelve years of experience in the field of ophthalmology, I hold a comprehensive background spanning multiple areas of patient care and clinical operations. Beginning my career in medical records, front desk administration, and insurance verification, I have developed a strong understanding of the administrative and procedural aspects of ophthalmic practice. For the past six years, I have served as an ophthalmic technician, providing skilled clinical support to physicians and delivering attentive care to patients. I am dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and compassion in every aspect of patient service.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, making lasting memories together. I am a proud marching band mom who loves supporting my child’s performances and staying active within the band community. Whether cheering from the stands or relaxing at home, I value the connections and moments that bring people together.
