Provider and Staff
Meet the experienced and friendly doctor and staff who make See Well Eyecare a proud provider of vision care products and services in Cincinnati.

Dr. Rawzi Baik
My fascination with eye care began in third grade, a time when my own classroom participation was negatively impacted thanks to frequent headaches. An eye exam revealed myopia, and the subsequent prescription of glasses transformed my world. This personal experience ignited a deep interest in the impact of vision on daily life and fueled my desire to help others experience the world clearly and comfortably. That passion led me to The Ohio State University, where I earned my undergraduate and Doctor of Optometry degrees. After graduating, I felt a strong connection to Cincinnati, especially after the rewarding experiences I had during my pediatric externships at Oyler One Sight Vision Center, Middletown Eye Care, and Settlers Walk Eye Care. I knew I wanted to build my career here.
My professional journey has allowed me to experience many facets of eye care in the region. I began honing my skills through comprehensive eye care, pediatric and binocular vision, refractive surgery, and contact lens services during employments at Clarkson Eyecare, Lasik Vision Institute, Midwest Eye Center, and Cincinnati Eye Institute Foundation. I developed a passion for dry eyes treatment and dove deeper into the world of managing dry eyes through the use of advanced treatments such as LipiFlow, IPL, and BlephEx in conjunction with pharmaceutical therapies. I continue to practice at Cincinnati Eye Institute Foundation clinics, where I focus on providing care to underserved populations in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas as well as train first year optometry residents. I also work as a sub-investigator at Intrepid Research Institute, contributing to the advancement of eye care through clinical research.
Now, I’m incredibly excited to embark on a new chapter by opening my own private practice in Cincinnati. I’m passionate about providing comprehensive eye care and building strong relationships with my patients, both new and those I’ve had the pleasure of serving in the past. It’s a dream come true to establish a family-owned small business with my wife, Elizabeth, and our daughter, Hazel, and to become an integral part of the Cincinnati eye care community.
Elizabeth Baik, Business Manager
As the Business Manager at See Well Eyecare, I am so excited to be serving the Cincinnati community in this new role as I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people every day. I have had the pleasure of being involved in the creation of See Well from the onset, helping my husband Dr. Baik get our practice up and running. With my business background, I am able to bring new insights to our processes of care to help make the patient experience the best it can be.
I am originally from the Cincinnati area and graduated from the University of Dayton with an accounting degree. I love spending time with my family, chasing around our one-year old daughter Hazel, and traveling to new places with my husband.
Marlee McMahan, Licensed Optician
Hello! My name is Marlee, and I’m the licensed optician here at See Well Eyecare. I’ve been working in the optical industry since 2022 and have been licensed since June 2024. I love being an optician because it allows me to find personalized solutions that suit both lifestyle needs and personal style. The field blends fashion and science in a unique way, and I enjoy the daily challenge of finding the perfect fit for your prescription and your most worn accessory! Outside of work, I enjoy reading, DIY projects, and spending time with my fiance and our two cats!
Caressa Yockey, Technician
With over twelve years of experience in the field of ophthalmology, I hold a comprehensive background spanning multiple areas of patient care and clinical operations. Beginning my career in medical records, front desk administration, and insurance verification, I have developed a strong understanding of the administrative and procedural aspects of ophthalmic practice. For the past six years, I have served as an ophthalmic technician, providing skilled clinical support to physicians and delivering attentive care to patients. I am dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and compassion in every aspect of patient service.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, making lasting
memories together. I am a proud marching band mom who loves supporting my child’s
performances and staying active within the band community. Whether cheering from the stands
or relaxing at home, I value the connections and moments that bring people together.
