ElizabethElizabeth Baik, Business Manager

As the Business Manager at See Well Eyecare, I am so excited to be serving the Cincinnati community in this new role as I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people every day. I have had the pleasure of being involved in the creation of See Well from the onset, helping my husband Dr. Baik get our practice up and running. With my business background, I am able to bring new insights to our processes of care to help make the patient experience the best it can be.

I am originally from the Cincinnati area and graduated from the University of Dayton with an accounting degree. I love spending time with my family, chasing around our one-year old daughter Hazel, and traveling to new places with my husband.‭

Victoria Victoria Rogers, Assistant Manager

My name is Victoria Rogers, and I have been working in the optical industry since May 2015. My experience includes assisting patients in selecting eyewear that suits their vision needs, lifestyle, and facial features. Additionally, I adjust and maintain eyeglasses while educating patients on their proper use and care. After work, I really enjoy hanging with family, friends and my dog Toots.
