Contact Lens Evaluation & Fitting — $100–$120
Required for patients who wear contact lenses. Ohio law requires a comprehensive eye examination before prescribing contact lenses.
Urgent Eye Care Visit — $149
For concerns such as:

Follow-Up Medical Visits — $99
